The first thing you need to do is go to your WordPress Admin area and click Plugins »Add new.

First, you need to download the plugin from the source (which will be a ZIP file). Next, you have to go to WordPress Admin area and had Plugins »Add New page.
After that, click the Upload button at the top of the page Plugin.

This plugin will bring you to the upload page. Here you have to press the button to select the file and select the file you downloaded earlier plugin on your computer.
After you select the file, you need to click the Install Now button.
