Google images: How to do search by image on Google

In Google Images- Search by Image tool, you no longer have to search for a keyword or phrase to the image. You can now begin the real picture that you see on the web, or that you have on your computer to search for similar images or to find out more information about that particular image.

How to do search by image on Google

Follow the below 4 steps to do a search by image on Google
#1) Go to Google images


#2) Tap on Cameron icon on the Right side of the search box

#3) Choose how you want to add an image. There are three ways you can search by image.

Paste the image URL - You can put any copied URL (address) for the image online. To obtain an image of a URL- any website, right click the image and select "Copy image address" or "Copy image URL": When the URL is copied, click on the field Search by Image tool and press Ctrl + V (Windows) or ⌘ cmd + V (Mac), to insert the URL:

Upload Image - Click Choose File button and browse to the image on your computer. When you select a character, it will be loaded with Google- search, which may take a few moments.

Drag and drop an image - If you have a folder open the image you want to search for, you can simply drag and drop it on the Image Search tool to download it.


#4) Browse the image search results. After the image is uploaded to the search results will be displayed. Google- will try to find out the original creator of the image based on the search results and also display images that are visually similar. This can be very useful for finding a number of additional images. The results of such an image, you will see a list of pages that have the same image on them.



#5) Stop looking image. If you no longer wish to search for the image, you can click on the «X» Google- next to the image name in the search bar.
